We aren’t here to replace your primary vet; we are here to support the incredible work they do by providing you with the extra time and space that a busy clinical setting cannot always offer.

To provide you with the most accurate and helpful second opinion, it is standard practice to review your pet’s clinical history. For some owners, this can feel like an awkward request to make but your vet will understand. 

We make it simple and professional:

• The Professional Approach: Requesting a history for a second opinion is a standard and respected part of veterinary medicine. It shows you are a committed and informed owner.

• We Can Do the Legwork: With your permission, we will contact your vet practice directly to request the records. This ensures we have all the blood results, imaging, and notes before our session begins.

• Respecting Your Relationship: We focus on the "Art of Medicine"— utilising quality-of-life frameworks and giving lots of time for discussion and questions. Your primary vet remains the provider of your pet’s physical treatments, surgeries, and prescriptions.
