- A full hour together – A gentle, in-depth conversation about your pet’s health, comfort, personality, and day-to-day life, as well as your hopes and concerns.
- A clear written summary – After the consultation, you’ll receive a roadmap capturing our discussion and outlining practical next steps to take forward with your primary vet.

A deeply personal option that allows us to meet your pet where they feel safest — at home.
Includes everything in the Virtual Consultation, plus:
- Home and environment review – We look at how your pet moves, rests, and navigates their space day to day.
- Gentle physical observation – A calm, hands-on quality-of-life assessment, free from the stress of a clinic visit.

We believe care should feel human, not rushed or transactional.
Our fees reflect the service you'll receive.
- Independent, honest advice. We don’t receive commissions for referrals, treatments, or medications. Our guidance is always centred on what feels right for you and your pet.
- Time to truly listen. While many veterinary appointments last 10–15 minutes, we offer a full hour — time to talk, reflect, and ask the questions that often go unspoken.
- A steady presence. You’re supported by a senior clinician who understands both the medicine and the emotional weight of these decisions, and who is there to help you feel less alone.
